Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and process purchase orders for each release by creating original budgets and commitments through the start work order process.
• Process purchase orders for change orders.
• Assist construction personnel in resolving purchase order and budget issues.
• Organize and control electronic filing system for all job files for each address.
• From time to time must complete projects with short notice in extreme time constraints.
• Complete special projects as requested.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires at least 2 years of relevant experience processing purchase orders.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
