PSA-DNA Autograph Processing Assistant
We’re looking for an Autograph Processing Assistant to directly support the Autograph Processing Team with a variety of different tasks. This position will be responsible for processing bulk submissions, managing the photo stream, obtaining and applying authentication results, data entry and handling dealer appointments.
You’ll report to the DNA Operations Manager and work from our Santa Ana office.
What You’ll Do:
- Sustain a high level of accuracy while processing submissions
- Obtain and document authentication results via stream and in-person
- Arrange bulk orders to aid authenticators with the authentication process
- Organize and expedite submissions based on priority and service level
- Work with processing and authentication team to locate and process late orders
- Assist the Processing Lead with various tasks and projects as needed
- Handle drop off and pick up of submissions
- Attend local and national on-sites, shows, and ITPs
- Support the rest of the operations team with other duties and projects as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Additionally, employee must occasionally lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
