Principal Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Financials

The Red Hat Business Unit is looking for a Principal Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Financials to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed functional specifications for extensions, interfaces, reports, and conversions (md50s and te40s) and for Quality Assurance (QA).
What you will do
- Be responsible for completing application setups to support Conference Room Pilots (CRPs),
- conversions, and interface extension testing.
- Set up, configure, and support the Oracle Financials' modules, including purchase order (PO), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets (FA), E-Business tax, and general ledger (GL)
- Manage new implementations of Red Hat offerings and integrations with third-party applications like Concur and SAP Ariba
- Work with business stakeholders, and design the custom reports and solutions as needed based on the business user requirements
- Perform unit testing, and coordinate with business user for successful user acceptance testing and migration to production environment
- Provide technical support to business users as needed and review technical design documents to ensure it is in conformity with functional specifications
- Partner with businesses on short and long-term strategy on implementing IT applications
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in computer science, engineering (any), or related field and 6+ years of experience in the job offered or related role
- 6+ years of experience with Oracle Financials
- 3+ years of experience with: Oracle Purchasing; Oracle Accounts Payable; financial integrations including banking, treasury, and reporting in U.S. GAAP; and table structures using SQL
- 2+ years of experience with: Oracle Fixed Assets; Oracle General Ledger; and Oracle E-Business Tax
