Who You Are:
As a Client Service Portfolio Specialist, you will have in-depth knowledge of all details regarding BHG Portfolios and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. You will also be a liaison to the collections and legal teams providing them exceptional service on requests regarding BHG accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for handling all bankruptcy accounts.
What You'll Do
- Become a subject matter expert on the details of all BHG portfolios
- A liaison for collections and legal team communications
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
- Process transaction requests from internal groups
- Handle inbound requests from internal teams. Will be able to identify the need and deliver a solution in a timely manner

- A bachelor's degree is preferred
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
