Today, the “best” option for a patient diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other neurodegenerative diseases is a prescription that, at most, temporarily improves symptoms. In the face of this stark prognosis, an alternative treatment option provides an avenue for hope: clinical trials.

For physicians, finding trials and figuring out which patients are a good fit is an enormous amount of work that takes away from the care of the patient sitting in front of them. SiteRx gives them a better option. Our software equips doctors to incorporate clinical research as a patient care option, generating significant new income for their practice and providing patients access to potentially life-saving treatments. And the best part: this is achieved all while maintaining their existing workflow.

Your Mission:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Physician Success Lead to be our first traveling hire on our growing physician success team! This person has experience working with physicians and office staff, understanding their daily workflow and how to best guide them in using our product.

This role will be flexible and quickly changing as we grow our team and network. Our ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, able to change focus often, keep positive relationships with clients, and will be able to travel primarily in or near the West Coast of the United States.

About You and The Role:

  • Become a SiteRx expert and trusted advisor to our physician network - helping physicians utilize our platform, providing insight into new roll outs, product improvements and patient updates
  • Run onboarding calls with new physician clients and continue engagement with clients on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Run quarterly performance reviews with clients
  • Manage inbound calls, chats and emails while providing 24 hour turn around for customer support

Your Skills:

  • 3+ years in customer service/experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet interacting with a demanding stakeholder
  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
  • Strong leadership skills - people management experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience interacting with healthcare providers in a professional setting a plus
  • Clinical experience a plus
  • Experience with mid-market accounts a plus
