The opportunity
This job is supporting our Controller and Staff Accountant, providing daily operational support to the organization by building scalable, and reliable accounting processes and conducting financial reporting for the leadership team.
What you'll be doing

• Responsible for initially supporting all things Accounts Payable
• Communicating with AppSumo partners via email and focusing on partner payments • Working with our platform partners to onboard them into Tipalti, our AP software • Handling a high volume of payouts on a monthly basis

This is a unique role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to identify and improve process inefficiencies.
Must-have skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• A keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

In the first three months of this role, success means fully owning our partner payout process, and becoming acclimated in QuickBooks, Tipalti, and Expensify
