Our solutions automate key processes - from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows - empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs.
We are seeking an Optimization Manager to play a main role in overseeing our information technology capacity and our Client Success objectives. The Optimization Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and continuous improvement of key Client Success activities and goals. The manager will be responsible for coordinating the analysis of current processes, making recommendations for improvement, and prioritizing and implementing those improvements. The manager will also assist with onboarding new team members in accordance with these improved processes. This individual will report to the Director of Client Success.
What You'll Do:

  • Determine operational objectives by studying Client Success functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements
  • Identifying any problems and opportunities to improve the current business processes
  • Analyze complex problems, derive options and creative solutions and present in an understandable manner to stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Review recommendations and prioritize the implementation of improvements and new processes with the help of cross functional teams
  • Design and conduct proactive customer facing tools and outreach programs based on research
  • Prepare technical forecasting reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Tableau/Tableau Server experience preferred but not required
  • Pendo experience preferred but not required
  • Ability and passion for dissecting/solving problems with a fact based, data driven, rigorous, and creative approach
  • Experience in building best practices, and influencing BI system and data architecture to allow for, build or optimize key data correlations within and across business functions
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills and experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)
  • Strong slide-building, storytelling, and presentation skills (e.g., using PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding ability to dig into raw data and surface actionable insights in support of business growth and key company decisions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Capacity to grasp and learn complex concepts quickly and independently
  • Highly focused; able to execute on one-off projects as well as on routine tasks
  • Thrives when multi-tasking and works best in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high visibility projects and timelines with a sense of urgency, ownership and within deadlines
  • Communicates in a clear, concise and timely manner and operates effectively as a team player
  • Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities
