LifeMD is seeking an Operations Associate to join our team. You will be assisting the Operations Manager with daily procedures to ensure efficient workflow and performance. You will be responsible for executing processes that ensure patients will have a smooth experience in their interactions with LifeMD. This position requires an individual with organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You will serve as a liaison between our in-house Medical Staff and the Operations Manager.
- Manage internal message routing to ensure that customers are getting timely responses to their questions
- Work with pharmacy partners to ensure that products are shipping in a timely manner
- Ensure patient insurance processes are happening in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist with documenting processes and best practices, report generation, and data entry
- Collaborate with MAs and MSRs to ensure patients have been able to complete various stages of their experience with LifeMD
- Collaborate and communicate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Business Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, written and verbal
- Ability to assess problems and provide solutions
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Pay: $25.00/hr
- Shift: 8am-5pm EDT (M-F)
- Rotating Saturday shifts
