POSITION SUMMARY

The Modernization Coordinator will assist with all operations when it comes to ad monetization at MobilityWare. By leveraging quantitative and project managements skills, the Modernization Coordinator will assist the analysts with key pricing and data initiatives to facilitate direct revenue growth and meet strategic goals for MobilityWare.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with the data analysts to facilitate pricing and waterfall changes
  • Work cross functionally with Product and Marketing teams to assist with key growth initiatives when it comes to mobile advertising
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and data pulls to support internal and external teams
  • Monitor and maintain revenue KPI reporting
  • Organize and drive successful completion of data projects through effective management of data analysts and effective collaboration with stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field
  • General knowledge of mobile games and monetization KPIs
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Experience working with business teams to identify and define projects
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Strong sense of curiosity and creativity when it comes to analytic approaches

As technical director for the “Puzzle Suite” of products, McBride recently worked on a project to create Monopoly Solitaire. “We had to deliver a new product quickly while leveraging a codebase developed by another MobilityWare team,” McBride said. “The final product is a testament to the effectiveness of collaboration across several app teams and is a result of team members sharing tech and putting their heads together.

We lean heavily on Unity as our core engine. That’s supplemented by a robust suite of internally developed tech that we use for ad mediation and ad serving, privacy systems, and a variety of third-party components.
