Description: Our client is currently seeking a Mid End User Support

We are searching for 1- Mid-Level-End User Support Technicians to support our infrastructure engineering department, primarily responsible for packing work from home kits and providing occasional end user support to our work from home call center reps. The position is a 100% onsite role in our Suffolk, Virginia location. This individual will be working in our IT office space configuring USB drives and packing the necessary equipment to be shipped to our work from home call center representatives. The position does require standing for moderate periods of time, lifting equipment up to 15/20lbs and locating and picking up equipment from the site warehouse. After training, this individual will occasionally be asked to handle minor trouble shooting incidents via telephone calls and emails, concerning the equipment with our work from home call center representatives.
• Must be comfortable standing periods of time and lifting equipment.
• Follow through to completion and/or resolution of incidents
• Great communication skills
• Excellent Problem Solving skills
