The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to reshape healthcare by utilizing your clinical experience, independent critical thinking and expertise in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will work closely with global medical leadership to develop and drive evidence-based training for Carrot’s medical educators and support teams. Carrot is developing solutions to optimize health and family forming journeys and you can be a part of this change.
The Responsibilities
- Oversight and management of internal medical knowledge and content used for training purposes
- Collaboration in Carrot global medical team development and growth
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and audits to continue to drive an experience that is safe, compliant and of the highest standards
- Keep abreast evidence-based care and practice trends in fertility care and reproductive health care globally
Minimal Qualifications
- Active nursing license required (registered nurse or advanced practice nurse)
- Currently a practicing or retired fertility nurse with a minimum of 5 years of experience providing patient care in a fertility clinic
- 5+ years of experience working in a fertility clinic in a hiring, training and management role
- Ability to manage difficult conversations
- Highly organized and analytical in nature
- Has the core abilities that are necessary to manage projects from start to finish (initiating, designing, planning, executing, auditing and maintenance)
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good clinical judgment
- Ability to function well from a confidential and private work-remote environment
- Must have reliable online and digital resources available for use
- Motivated to expand personal knowledge on reproductive health-related topics, driven to promote excellent member experiences and educate others
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, Hindi, German, Japanese, or other)
- Flexibility to adapt with evolving business needs
