Manager of Enterprise Integrations
Lucas Group has partnered with a company who was named by Forbes as one of America's Best Midsize Employers in 2022 in their search for a Manager of Enterprise Integrations. In this role, you would lead the EAI team and work closely with internal customers to understand data and technology needs. It will require you to take a proactive action on undefined problems and involve facilitation of both business and technical resources through technology roadmap development.
What You Will Do:
- Ownership of corporate-wide integration resources including the development, maintenance of most current integrations and APIs, building of new Enterprise API, management of infrastructure and tools.
- Develop roadmap for APIs, Integration platform and API management tool.
- Lead team through design and architecture and delivery of integrations and APIs.
- Serve as resident expert on APIs and webservices within IT
Skills Needed:
- Experience of "Middleware" Oracle SOA Suite, as well as SOAP and REST webservices, APIs, practices and technology
- Agile methodology and demonstrated effective leadership skills with ability to manage projects and employees in multiple locations
- Experience in managing and implementing solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
Educational & Work Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- 8+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience
