Looking for a Lead IT Architect to provide technical leadership and develop strategic and tactical plans to execute on business strategies and achieve desired outcomes. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home from anywhere in the US

• Must have minimum 5+ years of current working experience as an Architect
• Must have technologies include Java, .NET, C#.
• Experience with legacy system modernization, leading transformative initiatives (agile, lean, modernizations)
• Nice to have Technologies: AS400 / Mainframe (nice to have), SnapLogic, UiPath, ServiceNow.
• AWS hands on Experience is highly desirable
• Enterprise Architecture principles and ability to demonstrated with previous experience

This position provides architecture support for one or more concurrent projects across multi-platform and business area solutions.

• Drive detailed and evolutionary designs and architectures of complex solutions involving at least two of the following domains within a solution: Application, Infrastructure, Security, Database or Business Process.
• Lead the definition and communication of IT architecture and solutions for IT Leaders and development teams.
• Mindful of the Healthcare Industry and Digital Health trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

4+ years related experience including a minimum of 2+ years designing, building and deploying software in IT.
Expert in modern technologies and languages, development patterns, data modeling, cloud/PaaS and application integration technologies.
Critical Thinker.
Demonstrated problem solving techniques.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
