Sr. IT Support Technician

What you will do:

What you will do:
- Be a critical part of our IT Support team as we support a global workforce
- Maintain cloud-based IT systems and ensure a world-class user experience
- Resolve IT issues for users of various levels of technical aptitude, both in-person and remotely
- Deliver high-quality desktop support and ensure continuity-of-service at all levels of the organization
- Assist with tech equipment stock and inventory in our Glendale office
- Other IT responsibilities as assigned or required

Required skills/qualifications:
- 3+ years of overall experience in IT Support roles with increasing responsibility
- Experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems and software
- Experience supporting Endpoint Protection, OKTA, GSuite Administration, Jamf, Windows mobile device management, and videoconferencing (Google Meet, Zoom)
- Experience managing SLA-based IT issue queues and service catalogs in service management software such as Freshservice is highly desired
- Experience with on-boarding and off-boarding employees in a cloud-based, service-oriented IT environment
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and services, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
- Self-motivated, organized, with the ability to prioritize and context switch between multiple and competing requests
- Ability to learn and follow detailed written instructions, procedures, and processes, and suggest possible improvements as appropriate
