Job Overview
The Invoice Accelerator Representative would be responsible for contacting Suppliers and providing them with value driven education on new products and services that AvidXchange offers while maintaining and protecting the AvidXchange Brand and Trust. Invoice Accelerator Representative I will engage in various sales techniques and be able to influence decision makers by creating value in our products and services while working in a demanding sales environment.
Job Responsibilities
- High level pipeline management
- Ability to influence decision makers through consultative sales techniques
- Meet/Exceed monthly performance quotas and qualitative goals
- Support a team environment by sharing best practices, maintaining a winning attitude, and embracing values-based culture with a great place to work
- Maintain and protect the AvidXchange Brand and Trust
- Provide a professional and informative sales experience for existing Suppliers
Required Education, Skills, and Qualification
- 1 - 2+ years of outbound calling experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned monthly quotas and goals
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a dedicated work ethic
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong proficiency in the use of computer software programs including Microsoft Excel and Outlook are essential
- Assertive nature with a natural curiosity that can take direction as well as operate independently
- Able to effectively manage time and multi-task deliverables successfully
- Be comfortable multi-tasking projects and self-managing priorities by setting appropriate expectations
Preferred Education, Skills, and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 2+ years sales or accounting experience preferred
- Experience with CRM systems
- Typically, does not require advanced education and requires little to no prior experience
