Integration Manager
Responsibilities
As an Integration Manager in our Workplace Savings and Retirement Solutions (WSRS) team, you'll facilitate the payroll data integration to help streamline the electronic data interchange (EDI) for our clients. You'll ensure timely, accurate, and secure integrations through file testing while providing professional communication throughout both internally and externally.
Your day will be filled with:
- Partnering with internal Principal team to establish the process of new EDI integrations between Principal's recordkeeping system and client payroll providers.
- Utilizing effective client service and project management practices to ensure a smooth conversion.
- Troubleshooting and analyzing daily errors for existing integration projects, working with internal resources and external payroll providers.
- Proactively connect with clients and market our payroll solutions both internally and externally to existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, High school diploma or equivalent experience required, and 6+ years related work experience
- Working knowledge of business processes, financial service products, and systems and be technically aware
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Must have strong initiative, be results oriented
- Have a high attention to detail and be able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment
Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$36600 - $70800 / year
