Integrated Planning & Scheduling SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyJob ID:00000289543Date Posted:2021-11-30-08:00Location:USA - Hazelwood, MO, USA - Long Beach, CA, USA - Oklahoma City, OK, USA - San Antonio, TXJob Description Qualifications: Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 3) to join our Training & Professional Services (T&PS) team. In this role, the focus will be on supporting all lines of our varied businesses including new business proposals, program planning and even interfacing with and enhancing supplier integration for the Training Systems Programs.This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed Boeing site locations. Position Responsibilities Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.
  • Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.
  • Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.
  • Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.
  • Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.
  • Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management.
  • Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.

Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations
  • Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Open Plan Professional, Primavera, etc.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Aerospace or defense industry scheduling experience
  • PMP and/or Scheduling Professional certification
  • Experience working with cross functional and geographically diverse teams

Typical Education & Experience :Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.). Relocation :Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must reside within proximity to one of the listed Boeing site locations or relocate at their own expense.
