Import Specialist
The Import Specialist is primarily responsible for guiding clients through the mass lead import process and Home-bot import process. This team member will serve as a subject matter expert on the various Ylopo CRM integrations, the mass lead import process, and the Home-bot import process.
The Import Specialist will perform proactive outreach to encourage clients to complete the mass lead import process and will consult clients on Re-marketing budgets to ensure the proper budget is set at the time of import completion. Client consultation calls on the Re-marketing budget will have a growth component; successful team members will identify client needs and align client budgets accordingly.
The Import Specialist will support high priority or complex Home-bot Imports, and will join calls when needed to serve as a Home-bot Subject Matter Expert.
The Import Specialist will host live training sessions on import processes, in both group and one-on-one settings.
This position requires excellent communication skills, as the Import Specialist will communicate frequently with clients using Zoom video conferencing, email, text, and phone. This team member will work closely with Ylopo's application support and product support teams and at times will partner with representatives from CRM companies to ensure a successful integration.
Team members well-suited to this role will have a track record of being client-focused and providing exceptional service, both internally and externally within an organization. They will have excellent communication skills, both through email/tickets and over the phone. Sales experience and the ability to upsell is a plus. Candidates do not have to have prior experience working at software or marketing companies, but should be willing to learn the intricacies of the Ylopo product and understand how to guide clients through setup to use the product effectively. Most importantly, we're looking for candidates who are quick-thinking, detail-oriented, patient, positive, and thoughtful.
Specific Tasks:
- Set and lead sessions via Zoom to explain the Mass Lead Import (MLI) process and provide instructions to complete the import, integrating leads from client's CRM with Ylopo
- Meet with clients via Zoom to explain the Home-bot Import process and provide troubleshooting as needed.
- Educate clients on the nuances of their CRM and how imported leads will be engaged
- Review import requests to ensure correct tagging/formatting of csv files
- Submit internal requests to data team to process the import once ready
- Perform proactive outreach to clients who have not yet completed a Mass Lead Import
- Educate clients on the importance of the MLI process as it relates to Re-marketing capabilities
- Review Re-marketing budget with client to ensure a proper budget is in place at point of import completion
- Partner with Client Success Managers on review and upselling of Re-marketing budgets over client's lifecycle
- Host regular group training sessions on the import processes for MLI and Home-bot Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to guide clients through the mass lead import and Home-bot import processes
- Host Zoom video calls with clients to screen share, review their database, and provide relevant instructions
- Respond (via phone/email/text) to all clients in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer support
- Develop great client relationships to keep clients excited about and confident in Ylopo
- Speak confidently and professionally with clients
- Serve as subject matter expert for Ylopo CRM integrations
- Serve as subject matter expert on Home-bot
- Learn the ins and outs of Ylopo product
- Collaborate with account management, product support, sales, billing, marketing, international, and technical teams on special projects/phone outreach campaigns as needed

- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Excel and/or database management skills are a plus but not required
- Previous experience in support, training, customer service, or sales role
