We’re seeking an additional Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. As our newest teammate, you will provide top-notch onboarding service to schools nationwide and ensure they have the technical foundation they need to bring fun, rigorous new learning outcomes to their classrooms. You will be the school’s first official relationship with BrainPOP, and your close internal relationships with Sales, Support, and Dev will ensure your customers thrive throughout their entire lifecycle.
In this role, you will:
- Own the onboarding process for all new, renewal, and pilot customers within a territory
- Consult with customers on their best access options, given their technical capabilities
- Collaborate with Sales to identify at-risk customers and conduct intervention where necessary
- Conduct in-depth investigations into technical barriers, identify the correct course of action, and provide actionable and clear advice for resolution
- Troubleshoot setup issues and offer alternatives where possible
- Maintain constant interaction via Slack and Zoom with peers, team leadership, and across the organization to give voice to the customer experience

- Familiar with third-party integrations such as Clever, Google SSO, OneRoster, and LTI
On Your Resume:
- 2+ years prior experience working in a Technical Support or Onboarding role
- Experience working with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Looker (preferred)

The starting salary for this role is between $62,000 - $70,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
