Job Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the strategy for your categories to maximize GOVT specific product performance and achieve sales plan and profitability goals
• Ensure alignment of GOVT category business strategy to overarching company goals
• Analyze sales and market trend data, identify GOVT assortment gaps, and recommend development opportunities to drive incremental sales
• Leverage forward-looking data to proactively analyze business to identify areas of opportunity and potential impediments to GOVT category success
• Maintain strong external supplier relationships
• Partner collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Be proactive in making recommendations to optimize GOVT category performance

• Perform other duties as required and assigned by manager and upper management.
• Follow legal policies as directed.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years in Merchandising (preferably ecommerce), Category Management, Technology, Retail or GOVT Planning, or related field
• Strong analytical skills, organized, and detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines effectively
• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems with an exceptional attention to detail
• Passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who works effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional Excel skills; SQL a plus
