Global VP, Product Management CXS
Summary
We're looking for a Global Vice President (GVP) of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of our CX Solutions division. The GVP of Product will be responsible for the vision, strategy and development of our casino management systems, loyalty solution, and related mobile product offerings, implementing best practices in product lifecycle management and the global product roadmaps. Data and process driven, you will mentor, lead, and manage product managers, product owners, and business analysts, and collaborate closely with the GVP of CXS Development, as well as the marketing and customer success teams.
What You'll Do

• Develop, lead, and mentor a top tier multi-national product management organization
• Develop and manage global product strategy, playbooks, roadmaps, and lifecycles to meet commercial and market needs
• Develop and implement product success metrics and data driven product processes
• Develop and drive strategies for successful market penetration in close collaboration with the commercial team
• Ideate and coordinate marketing campaigns with marketing team
• Generate market requirements documents (MRDs) and product requirements documentation (PRDs)
• Grow revenue and profit by partnering across the organization
• Coordinate with ecosystem partners to facilitate adoption
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and QA to manage product lifecycle and ensure successful productization
• Represent and advocate for CX Solution products, partnering with customers to ensure transparency in expectations

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in increasingly senior product management leadership roles, driving revenue growth, and delivering market-leading innovative technology products on time and within budget
• Masters/Bachelors' degree or equivalent
• Data driven executive decision maker with a commercial focus and ability to deliver excellence
• Solid understanding of Technology, System Solutions and Mobile App business environment
• Detailed knowledge of transforming products to a SaaS/PaaS commercialization model
• Excellent relationship and negotiation skills at C - level
• Ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A self-starter who manages their own time to deliver on the goals of the role
• Attention to detail an absolute must both in terms of working methods
• Professional attitude and persona towards colleagues and external parties
• Ability to take direction yet be bold to articulate your own vision
• Positive attitude, structured, and thorough
