ClickUp is looking for a Finance Systems Administrator to help support our NetSuite ERP and ancillary systems (AP, Procure 2 Pay, etc.) that are used by our Finance team! This role will be on the Revenue Systems team but act as the primary liaison between Finance and Systems.

 

As a Finance System Administrator, you will partner with various departments across the organization to enhance and improve our NetSuite environment, to perform ongoing maintenance, to provide daily support to our accounting teams and to lead enhancements and integration projects. You will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of NetSuite and will be responsible for supporting configurations, processes and personnel within our organization.

 

The ideal candidate has a diverse knowledge of accounting in accordance with ASC 606.

 

The Role:

  • Configure, maintain and upgrade NetSuite and other financial systems to meet ClickUp's daily operational needs and support strategic projects.
  • Design, implement, and maintain customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business needs including reports, saved searches, dashboards, scripts and workflows.
  • Design, implement, and maintain 3rd party software connections and applications to NetSuite to support various business needs.
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of users, roles, permissions.
  • Assist with debugging system integration and functionality issues including engagement with NetSuite support for defect resolution.
  • Provide ongoing NetSuite training for company users.
  • Develop, document and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization, usage, etc.
  • Responsible for the change management and release process of NetSuite, Coupa and other financial systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integration.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and other financial tools.
  • Experience with NetSuite, SalesForce, iPaas (Mulesoft, Workato, Informatica), billing systems, bank integrations and various integration tools.
  • Expert in data analytics, highly proficient with advanced Excel.
  • Keen desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment, a high level of comfort with ambiguity, and a proactive affinity for breaking down complex problems and constructing meaningful solutions.
  • Identifies with and embodies ClickUp’s core values.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a bonus!
  • SQL, Javascript, HTML, CSS experience.
  • SOX compliance.
  • Experience working in Agile environment
