Who you are:

As an Experience Coordinator reporting to the People & Experience Lead, you will help foster an environment in which Rocketeers can do the best work of their lives. You will organize and lead company events, set up client meetings, and create positive employee experiences. You will also perform several administrative tasks to support all Bottle Rocket team members, tenants, and clients such as booking travel, supporting executives, and assisting with new hire onboarding.

What you will do:

• Manage employee requests, including food orders, office supplies, and more.
• Provide administrative support to our executive team including completing expense reports, booking travel, scheduling meetings
• Handle travel booking for employees and other company needs including sponsored guest travel
• Manage Egencia travel agency account and run weekly travel reports
• Manage all company and company-hosted events, both in-office and off-site

What you bring to the position:

• Flexibility with schedule, some early/after-hours events
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
• Bonus Points:
• Experience managing travel and expense reporting
• Experience working in the hospitality industry
• Familiarity with Mac
