Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to help build a fast-growing part of the Nielsen Company. This individual will provide administrative support to the Route to Market (RTM) Analytics leader as well as secondary support to 2 additional Senior Product leaders based in Chicago.

EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

● Manage executive calendar, travel, itineraries, and expense reports for 3 executives within Analytics and RMS Product Leadership team

● Supports procurement of ongoing business expenses for leaders in Chicago office

● Implements standard processes for recurring needs of the leadership team

● Other day to day administrative responsibilities as required

● Plan and execute internal events, including team events and meetings

○ Internal Event Support: creates meeting agenda, prepares conference rooms, orders catering, ensures all offsite employees have access for the meeting

● Provide on-site support at meetup events to promote hiring and Nielsen branding in Product Leadership


ONSITE SUPPORT

● Contacts external meetup lead, prepares conference rooms, orders catering, leads all day-of execution of the event

● Processes invoices to closure, helps direct inquiries as needed

● Responsible for logistical coordination for virtual based leadership town hall events including managing distribution lists, broadcast set up and session recording

● Responsible for logistical coordination for Chicago based leadership town hall events, including set up / facilitation of online monthly chats

● Manage office supplies levels as required

● Ad hoc requests as needed



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

● Meticulous attention to detail, strong multitasking, and problem-solving skills

● Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and enjoys being challenged

● Strong interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills

● Professional demeanor and ability to interact with senior executives

● 5-7 years of administrative experience preferred, including organizing events and executive-led meetings (both internal and external)

● Preferred to be present in the office minimum 3 days per week
