About the job

This position is needed to shape the future of Technology Partners at Twilio.  We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Director of Program Management to join our Technology Partner organization.  This individual will help drive long-term initiative goals and the programmatic infrastructure to help guide how Twilio engages with Technology partners.  To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a strong business acumen, creativeness, you have a bias towards action, you have an appreciation for simplification and increasing the ease of doing business, and you are known for rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Define, design, launch, and run strategic initiatives that contribute to our go-to-market plan and the growth of our Technology Partner ecosystem.
  • Rethink how a partner program can drive business for Twilio, our customers and our partners
  • Lead efforts to scale the execution of partner activities and market growth strategies by building relationships and processes that reach across all geos, territories, and channels, with the goal of driving revenue growth 
  • Create a strong partnership with sales, ensuring they are well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to effectively sell Twilio 
  • Be responsible for building a Technology Partner program plan that defines priorities, ensuring it is well aligned across Twilio and execute the plan while working with key internal and external stakeholders

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or partner programs, operations, or management within the cloud industry
  • Humble, honest, driven cross-functional master comfortable with change and navigating ambiguity
  • Accountable with a sense of urgency and capable of leading teams by influence
  • Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Strong familiarity of technology platforms, APIs partnerships, and B2B cloud marketplace go-to-market
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives

Desired:

  • 12+ years of experience in partner program management, partner alliance management, and/or ecosystem business development
  • Successfully managed or contributed to large scale partner programs

Location 

This role will be remote and based in the USA

Approximately 10% travel is required
