What You'll Do:

As the Director of Strategy & Planning for Calm Health, you will drive the strategic planning, programming, and progress of B2B initiatives from initiation through delivery. In this role, you will be running strategic planning, coordinating resources, staying on top of project deliverables, sequencing priorities and timelines, and communicating cross-functionally to support the B2B team.   

We’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Planning Manager with a track record of leading strategy and planning in a high growth and complex environment. Your role will be responsible for holding us to key timelines and business targets. This is an important leadership role on the Calm Health Marketing team as you’ll play a big role in ensuring team alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of our objectives. 

Other responsibilities you’ll have:

  • Serve as the connective tissue for all Calm Health Marketing initiatives and identify collaboration and alignment opportunities across campaigns and programs for the entire Marketing team
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand key priorities, intake new briefs, define scope and resourcing needs and manage the creative production process
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues and staying ahead of deadlines
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters and other creative partners (internal and external) to develop campaigns and creative assets
  • Manage third party agencies and contractors and identify new partners as needed
  • Proactively improve processes, optimize and/or implement new tools that enable Calm Health to scale
  • Develop effective tracking and reporting across initiatives and partner with team leads to understand progress, performance and trends
  • Ensure all Marketing assets are effectively managed and stored 

Who You Are:

  • 10+ years in marketing project management, B2B Saas experience preferred
  • 5+ years managing and leading teams
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with razor sharp problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of success managing multiple teams and workstreams 
  • Strategic and thoughtful leader who can be a true business partner to all Marketing team leads and other senior leaders
  • Passionate about building world-class global marketing programs that drive brand awareness and generate business demand
  • Great manager and coach. You have high EQ, are passionate about building teams, and know how to develop people
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner. You are great at building relationships, connecting the dots between different teams, and keeping everyone on the same page with clear and consistent communication
  • Strong sense of ownership and operational rigor. You’re excited about being responsible for hitting big targets and know how to create and execute on a plan to make it happen. 
  • Creative and experimental. You love problem solving, navigating ambiguity, and testing new tools and ideas. 
  • Team player. You love working with others and bring different teams and ideas together to generate amazing marketing programs
  • Excited about Calm’s mission and passionate about mental health and wellness
