Job Description

This position is responsible for implementing and managing the Customer4Life (C4L) program for North America. The Director will develop key relationships within our internal Business Development community to broaden customer relationships through building a common agenda with the customer via Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with a 3 year horizon having clear vision, joint goals, set business and operational priorities and thorough action plans.
• Produce and embed a new customer retention program (C4L) across the NA region, including the Joint Business Plan (JBP) process.
• Develop and drive action plans for BD/Sales, Ops and other functions, initially focused on the top 3 - 4 customers from each Business Unit for NA. With the aim of institutionalizing the approach for future adoption for all identified customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the BD teams, key decision makers and establish a strong network within our BD community and within the customer organizations.
• Facilitate knowledge/best practice sharing between the BD community within NA.
• Schedule, organize and facilitate JBP workshops for identified customers and the appropriate BD/Ops/Functional teams.
• Schedule, organize and facilitate Innovation workshops for identified customers and the appropriate BD/Ops/Functional teams.
• Delight our customers by bringing best practice and innovation to our customers.
• Engage with senior key BD stakeholders and those of identified companies to maintain and further build relationship to propose innovative transformational supply chain ideas.
• Broaden customer relationships through building a common agenda with them via JBPs with a 3 year horizon having clear vision, joint goals, set business and operational priorities and thorough action plans.
• Monitor the C4L engagement levels, timelines, action plans and ensure that key milestones like the JBP, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Top to Top sessions, etc. are being held for all C4L customers.
• Performs other duties as required

Required Education and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree, required
• Advanced degree, preferred
• 5 - 8 years industry experience, required
