We are currently seeking a hands-on Digital Technology Business Systems Analyst who's ready to join our team to help deliver on our current commitments and aid in successful implementation of our future strategies. This role will interact with subject matter experts within various digital teams and business partners to deliver high quality digital solutions.

The position can be worked remotely from any Domestic U.S. location.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides solution support, working collaboratively with business partners and DT to complete projects to achieve their strategic goals.
  • Support day to day maintenance of production systems, including identifying and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Drive end to end innovation by aiding in strategic analysis, design, development and implementation of future systems and integrations.
  • Provide guidance to users regarding processes and procedures and to ensure business is getting efficiencies out of current applications.
  • Develops expertise in current and future technology through training and experience and provides recommendations on industry best practices where applicable.
  • May be responsible for several components of a project or a complex component of a larger project as they are implemented.



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
  • Subject matter expert in Indirect Procure to Pay Supply Chain with end user focus and a technical background
  • Contracts and Sourcing knowledge
  • Experience working with SAP Ariba, including upstream and downstream solutions
  • Experience with Ariba vendor management (SLP) and master data management
  • Experience with Ariba integration with backend ERP systems and bolt-ons
  • Experience working with SAP ERP, including ECC & SRM
  • Manage and asses new software release, support, and necessary change management within Ariba
  • Experience working in a service-delivery role in a business-critical environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform well in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and articulate technical concepts and ideas
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
