Decision Logic seeks a Software Support Analyst to join our team. Our team executes at an elite level and we're looking for people who are interested in learning how to do the same. In a competitive industry, partnerships with clients help to differentiate us. A Software Support Analyst at Decision Logic doesn't just fix it and forget it; they work hand in hand with key contacts, store managers, and internal teams to ensure not only that the client relationship is solid, but that the product is being utilized to its fullest potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive client satisfaction through superior service by resolving issues in a manner that exceeds expectations
  • Deliver successful, high quality client journeys through the product by becoming an expert yourself
  • Implement new standards and strategies to ensure clients are getting the best support possible
  • Assist in creating first class client facing and internal documentation
  • Identify areas of need and educate clients about features and Best Practices as a client success advocate
  • Gather feedback and work with internal teams to improve the user experience
  • Be a voice for clients within our organization

Requirements

  • A passion for customer service and helping restaurants succeed
  • Exemplary interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A positive, coachable, change-loving personality
  • Empathy for our clients and their busy work lives
  • Solid computer skills including but not limited to familiarity with Microsoft Office and the web
  • Ability to think critically about problems and solutions
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a service-oriented position
  • An interest in technology and for being a part of a fast-growing company


You should have:

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience
  • Business math knowledge or experience
  • Familiarity with restaurant and Back Office software terminology and concepts
