Position Purpose: The Customer Service Rep III mentors and coaches new and less experienced associates. Maintains department desk level procedures and tracks compliance to contractual standards. Performs quality assurance audits for telephone inquiry functions. Drafts/develops scripting based on Supervisor and Management input. Supports management reporting of daily operational statistics. Backs-up unit supervisors for specified functions and in supervisor's absence, as determined by management. Communicates with customers by telephone to answer their questions and concerns. Promotes teamwork.

  • Trains and supports entry and promoted Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

  • Oversees workflow and call escalation proce

  • Suggests procedural and policy changes based on workload

  • Monitors staff calls for quality assurance

  • Creates and maintains CSR desk level procedures and policie

  • Answers phones and researches inquirie

  • Provides supervisory coverage when supervisor is unavailable

  • Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

    Qualifications:

    Education/Experience: Two years of post high-school education preferred.

    Two years Call Center experience demonstrating leadership skills and product knowledge.

    Experience with high volume telephonic interactions with customers.

    This position will be supporting a Federal government contract, therefore it requires U. S. citizenship and proof of favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense form SF86 or higher security.
