Position Description: 

Are you an energetic and creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with customers? gettacar is looking for a Customer Retention and Service Advisor to join our Customer Success team. The Customer Retention and Service Advisor will play a critical part in the day-to-day customer service responsibilities. This role will manage interactions with customers while providing database support.  The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

We’ll count on you to:

  • Navigate customers towards resolutions regarding issues that may potentially arise following the delivery process through vendor management, vehicle research, and warranty reviews
  • Be the liaison between the customer and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance repair 
  • Conduct follow-up calls to introduce all gettacar customers to our internal retention and service team
  • Work with the Reconditioning team to provide clarification to customers regarding the vehicle condition and pre-delivery checklist recap
  • Provide support to the Customer Success and Delivery team by collaborating on different tasks pertaining to post-sale customer resolutions
  • Support the Finance team with receipt retrieval and end-of-month payment reconciliation for repairs or warranty claims
  • Walk our customers through the gettacar referral program 
  • Respond to additional customer service requests as needed

Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required, automotive (retail or service) preferred
  • Associate’s degree preferred but not required
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities when handling communications between multiple platforms (computer and phone)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle various types of personalities
  • Ability to maximize customer satisfaction by prioritizing our customers and ensuring the positive gettacar buying and ownership experience
