We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist to support our Customer Success Managers organize, improve and deliver results to our customers from day 1 of onboarding. As an Operations Specialist you will be responsible for analyzing, improving and scaling the customer experience from onboarding through the customer lifecycle journey as we grow from 100+ customers to 400+. Our Customer Success team is rooted in a customer-first mentality that translates to an exceptional experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Organize, document and transpose customer data including software stacks, contacts, contracts, and buying criteria into our Vendr database
  • Perform SaaS audits and analytics for all new customers, while identifying ways to efficiently and quickly aggregate this info during onboarding, and building and implementing new scalable processes
  • Analyze CRM workflows, data and trends, and execute on initiatives to improve our customer experiences

  • You excel at time management, have the discipline to handle multiple tasks and see initiatives through to completion. 
  • You pay close attention to details and produce high-quality work
  • You are a quick learner, with the ability to think critically and problem solve in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • You can work both self-directed and collaboratively with cross-department stakeholders to deliver results 
  • You have strong communication (written and verbal), organizational and analytical skills

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3-4+ years of Operations, Product, Consulting or analytics experience in a SaaS or technology company (open to FT or internship/Co-op experience)
  • Proficiency with office skills, including spreadsheets, CRM, data management and presentations. Experience using and administering HubSpot is a plus
