Cambria is searching for a dynamic team player that has a passion for customer service and wants to learn our business!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior service to our business partners and customers by seeking and understanding the needs and expectations of internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and work cross functionally within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with business partners and customers to enter and verify a variety of Cambria product orders
  • Handle escalated issues, including claim analysis, guidance, address concerns and determine the best course of action for appropriate resolution via telephone and written correspondence
  • Thoroughly document customer interactions in a timely manner
  • Rotate duties among fellow team members to enjoy a variety of interactions and challenges
  • Other duties as assigned by management



Requirements

  • Ability to represent Cambria with enthusiasm and sincerity over the phone
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and active listening skills
  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Understand and remember spatial relations among objects is helpful in assisting with orders
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude as well as an engaged, enthusiastic culture
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience working with multiple computer monitors and reference points
  • Ability to adapt quickly and multitask
  • Must be able to type a minimum of 50 words per minute

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred but not required

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Customer service, data entry and contact center experience preferred but not required

Systems: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, AutoCAD is a plus

Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use.
