OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist to join our growing Innovation department. 

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to directly engage with new customers through regular communication points to drive their onboarding process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2 years' experience in a Customer Service environment, technical role, and/or process driven role -- relevant internship, co-op, or post-grad experience accepted
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
  • Knowledge of Google AdWords, Merchant Center, and Analytics, a plus
  • General JavaScript and Salesforce experience, a plus

WHO YOU ARE:

This is an entry-level position; the ideal candidate is looking to begin their career in Product Management within the Digital Marketing industry. You are:

  • Eager to adapt and contribute to changes that improve the onboarding process
  • Detail-oriented with a results-focused mindset
  • A strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Analytical by nature - much of what we do revolves around data 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Customer Implementation Specialist on our Implementation team, you will:

  • Navigate new customers through the onboarding process, including customer communication and management of key tasks of technical integration
  • Organize and document key customer goals and strategies throughout the onboarding process
  • Participate in initial customer calls, taking notes and ensuring that all pertinent information is shared across the sales, onboarding, and client services teams
  • Tackle onboarding challenges and offer/develop creative methods (both technically and non-technically) of overcoming customer frustrations and hurdles
