The CRM Offer Coordinator role involves responsibility for data and execution components of multiple promotion and email projects to both the public and the Caesars Interactive Enterprise (CIE) Database.  The role requires fast-paced project management throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, from creation through delivery to the guests.


What You Will Do:

Each CRM Coordinator is assigned to work on a team that focuses primarily on promotions and emailed campaigns for a group of online gaming sites and apps.  The average workload is 12-15 projects per production month and duties are cyclical, including simultaneous responsibility for project tasks in beginning, intermediate and final stages of completion.  Each project will begin with a pre-formulated strategy, and the Coordinator will receive all details needed to set up offer segmentation, query criteria from an existing database, set up execution rules, load the offer into the internal system, and coordinate creative and drop dates with the CIE email marketing team.  The Coordinator will own each step of the project once it has been assigned, including routing to reviewers and approvers, proofing, uploading details to CIE tools, and all inquiries and notifications.

 

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with database structures, database terminology, database management, and database querying tools preferred
  • Must possess excellent skills in project and people management
  • Mobile and Social Media targeted marketing experience helpful
