Corporate Strategy Manager (Remote)

The Corporate Strategy Manager position, reporting to VP of Corporate Strategy, will play a critical role in helping shape and execute the company’s growth strategy, specifically in the cyber security market. The position will closely collaborate with key stakeholders regarding the company's growth objectives while leveraging vectors spanning build, buy, partner, invest, and OEM. The candidate will drive as well as participate in cross-functional collaboration to influence strategy and execution on a range of topics. Key Responsibilities
Research and document cybersecurity market trends, customer buying behavior, competitive dynamics, fundraising, and M&A.
Help develop segment, product, and technology strategies spanning CrowdStrike’ current and future portfolio in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders.
Analyst customer and prospect buying behavior, cross-sell opportunities, and white space dynamics.
Help prepare internal executive, board, and investor presentations.
Build and maintain Market Intelligence dataset spanning both macro views as well as detailed information about market segments and individual companies.
Track, analyze, and report on venture investment, M&A, and public market activities.
Build and maintain detailed financial models.
Engage with senior executives and functional leaders to identify and execute both near-term and long-term priorities.
What You’ll Need
5-7 years of relevant strategy experience in roles such as Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Consulting, or Investment Banking with a focus in the cybersecurity industry.
Strategic and exponential growth mindset with outside-the-box thinking.
Strong preference for cybersecurity industry experience.(Market knowledge, Industry Trends, Players in the industry, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred, with strong academic track record. Undergraduate and/or Graduate studies in Cybersecurity is a plus.
Must possess financial modeling, advanced Excel, and data proficiency. Data Science background is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal skills to successfully communicate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audience
Self-motivated, resourceful, and ambitious individual who naturally deals with complex topics and helps make informed decisions based, often with limited information.
