Compliance Testing and Monitoring Group (CTMG) is an integral part of the Compliance team that drives strengthening of control framework through robust testing and issue management. As a foundational member of the CTMG, the Compliance Testing Manager, IT Risk will work on next generation testing practices in the first OCC chartered digital asset bank. This role will assist in enhancing the Bank's IT Compliance Program and assist with emerging risk identification.

As a Compliance Testing Manager you will:

• Execute IT Compliance test reviews
• Assist in preparation of internal fieldwork material and data analytics on the reviews
• Lead testing automation efforts
• Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with Compliance, Customer Experience, Risk and Product Teams while executing the reviews
• Contribute to the development of the annual Test Plan 
• Deliver accurate, in depth, and well documented fieldwork and issues; and collaborate with control owners to advise on remediation plans

You may be a fit for this role if you have:

• Experience in IT Internal Audit, IT internal controls testing, IT consulting at a financial institution or fintech
• Expertise in internal IT and general control environment in financial institutions
• In-depth knowledge of IT Compliance Risk in financial services, banking preferred
• A strong track record on leading IT audits as well as participating at those as individual contributor
• Technical expertise and acumen in information security, IT operations and related experience
• Knowledge of internal controls testing lifecycle
• Contributed to writing audit reports 
• A proven track record of delivering on projects in tight timelines
• The ability to learn and adapt to win in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in SQL or Python

Although not a requirement, bonus points if:

• You have one of the following qualifications: CIA, CISA, CISSP
• You have a passion for technology and personal interest in crypto
