Client Support Specialist Leader

Overhaul is looking for energetic, analytical, and quality-focused team members to join their Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Monitoring and 24/7 Customer Support Team as Client Support Specialist Leaders. The Role
The Client Support Specialist Leader (CSSL) is responsible for administering the processes and practices which support monitoring and risk mitigation compliance. The CSSL will work in close collaboration with Fusion Hub Client Support Specialists (CSS), Tier 1 Tech Support, Fusion Hub Manager, Fusion Hub Director, and the Fusion Hub Document Control Specialist on quality assurance with a key-focus on product output, quality, and integrity.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the Client workflow into the GSOC with the CSS team
- Assist in mitigating risks in the client portals
- Ensure CSS performance through hands on monitoring and audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the monitoring process
- Ensure all platforms and documents are current
- Assist Fusion Hub Manager with Scheduling
- Assist with monitoring client portals when required
- Work with Document Control Specialist to ensure SOP’s have all current information
- Ensure the GSOC is clean, sanitized and well maintained
Required:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT, OneNote, with an emphasis on Excel)
- Ability to create and maintain flowcharts
Preferred:
- Experience in office management, document creation, report writing, and data analytics
- Experience in a SaaS field
- Experience in supply chain or related role
- Multi-lingual with an emphasis on Spanish
