Who you are:
M1 Finance is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for client advocacy and problem solving. As a member of this team, you’ll be the face of M1 and will act our clients’ first point of contact. Through a combination of empathy and product expertise, you will help our customers with a range of needs and contribute to our world-class client experience.
Your job is not only to help our clients, but to relay client feedback, so that we can make our clients' experience using our platform as seamless as possible.
What you’ll do:
The Client Success Specialist will effectively lead communications, manage expectations, and work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of all M1 Finance products and offerings
- Delivering a world-class client experience through phone and email channels
- Responding to client inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and prompt manner
- Acting as the voice of the customer by proactively identifying areas of improvement for our company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion to support customers
- Masterful problem solving skills to understand client needs and identify solutions
- Agile self-starter who can prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Technically proficient with the ability to learn multiple software platforms
- Ability to propose and implement strategic process improvements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or account management preferred
- Schedule flexibility as we evolve to meet the growing demands of our customers (initial and/or future shift assignment may include evenings and weekend hours)
