We're building out our Dream Team to help us bring this vision to life and looking for a senior Client Solutions Manager to partner with the world's most important CPG brands.
The Client Solutions Manager for Gopuff's Marketing Solutions team is a strategic and passionate problem solver focused on delivering solutions that ensure our partners get the maximum value from their investments on our platform. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement for our Fortune 1000 advertisers.
You Will:
- Become an expert in Gopuff Marketing Solutions
- Establish and foster relationships with Gopuff brand and agency partners
- Leverage Gopuff data and insights, and deep understanding of partner objectives, to package solutions and develop media strategies that deliver measurable results
- Evaluate campaign performance to identify optimization strategies and provide recommendations that achieve ongoing, improved results, and that drive increased partner satisfaction and investment
- Project manage campaign implementation across diverse internal work streams (ad operations, merchandising, business development)
You Have:
- strong analytical, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills
- 5-7 years experience in account/partner management, with demonstrated knowledge of the digital media advertising industry (CPG industry experience preferred)
