The replacement Customer Service Representatives' duties will include but not be limited to:

• Answering Inbound phone calls from internal and external clients
• Reviewing electronic copies of NIPT orders to ensure appropriate testing has been ordered.
• Calling Outbound to gather missing information and verify given clinical information (diagnoses and family history)
• Calling Outbound to confirm practice received positive results
• Notifying clients of potential delayed results
• Calling clients on all MaterniT testing that requires a redraw due to a QNS or technical error
• Responding to email inquiries from internal and external clients
• Workshare amongst other Integrated Genetics Client Services teams

This will be a remote opportunity. Training will take place in the office for approximately 6-8 weeks.
