As a Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will work directly with Nicolas Hernandez.

Our CEO’s thinking drives 360Learning’s vision and mission. It needs to be extremely clear and sharp and communicated internally and externally. Following up on some transversal projects deriving from that vision is also critical for the company's success.


What You’ll Do


Governance, working with all of the CEO’s direct reports

- Scope: HR, finance, tech, product, marketing, operations, revenue (sales, CS, support) 

- Make sure the company strategy is relevant and focused, communicated company-wide, and that each department’s objectives are aligned with the company’s strategy

- Follow up on these goals with each C-level: sync individually to understand their bottleneck and how to unlock them, bring them external support (consultants, coaching) if needed. 

- Prepare and run the weekly corp meeting: prepare a few slides focused on current successes and challenges across the exec team. Run an efficient 30-minute meeting to collectively address major challenges, share strategic information and make sure we’re tracking on quarterly goals. 

- Organize quarterly team-building workshops across the C-level team to move the company strategy forward

- All-hands: prepare key talking points for the CEO to communicate an inspiring vision and clear 3/5 yr goals. Organize appearance of the CEO at department all-hands


Advisory board & business development 

- The goal is to crack the enterprise GTM by orchestrating the CEO 

- Develop relevant content to position 360Learning in the enterprise segment 

- Create business relationships with CHROs / HRTech influencers, turn them into business opportunities and handle them to revenue teams while keeping track of the impact. 

- We’ll start by creating and running one US and one EU advisory board: define governance, compensation, and goals, and run it while leveraging CEO appearances. 

- In parallel, we’ll keep developing some existing relationships at a high level and try to turn some into marketing/com operations (eg. publishing a collective white paper, with the support of the marketing team)

- We also want to identify all influencers, CEOs and investors of the learning and HR space and meet them to pitch them 360Learning at least once. Then follow up once in a while with the greatest ones.

- External com: manage CEO personal PR agency, identify com opportunities for the CEO and prepare talking points


Board and CEO agenda and feedback

- Orchestrate CEO’s interactions with board members

- Orchestrate board pack preparation in sync with CFO

- Keep aligning board members on executive org chart future changes and support new searches 

- Define agenda and timing of interactions, prepare them, follow up with board members and debrief with them to get actionable feedback for the CEO to get better at his job

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Align board and C-level on the advisory boards (US & EU) structure, organization and governance 
  • Have understood the needs of 360Learners regarding CEO all-hands communication
  • Start participating in enterprise deals reviews and find opportunities to influence these opportunities with CEO network

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Regularly organize internal communication on the company mission and its illustration as a product and marketing vision
  • Organize team events and workshops for the C-level executives to brainstorm together
  • Start running weekly exec meetings

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Plan regular media appearances for the CEO
  • Sync with board members without the CEO on the back of board meetings, and get them to give feedback and directions for CEO and Company improvement opportunities

The Skills Set

  • Master's degree
  • Ability to work with designers
  • 3-10 years of experience
  • Interest in media and communication
  • Strategic thinking 
  • Fluent English (US/UK), B2 level or equivalent in French
