Our goal is to be the best at what we do and we're looking for highly motivated individuals to help us make that a reality.(You can learn more about our team here and read our blog articles here[".)What will you do in this role?We are looking for a Touring Agent Advisor to join our Operations team and help relay feedback, celebrate wins, and build a meaningful culture for new and tenured Touring Agents. We have a large team (100+ and growing) of 1099 contract workers who tour with clients at potential apartment buildings. This role will include a little bit of everything, but your main focus will be to build an informed, involved, and invested Touring Agent team. You will play a major role in the growth of our company and improving touring experiences for our clients.Your day-to-day:• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to first tour. Onboarding procedures have been built out and are led by our HR Coordinators, but this role will contribute to the evolution of onboarding as we grow.• Relay feedback and advice to Touring Agents from our Operations and Sales team to improve client tours. Evaluate and conduct any additional training or off-boarding as needed.• Coordinate and communicate any additional education, tech updates, or announcements relevant to Touring Agent team• Organize continued education sessions and Touring Agent events/outings• Monitor Touring Agent stats --- to celebrate wins and identify potential issues• Pinpoint exceptional Touring Agents and discuss potential growth opportunities with them• Be a resource to new Touring Agents, including answering questions or directing inquiries to the appropriate Operations team member• Work closely with HR Coordinator and Head of Operations to create a professional and informed Touring Agent team• Some weekend work may be required if there is a Touring Agent emergency or urgent issueWhat we're looking for:Passionate communicator -- You are excited about playing a key role in building a business in a broken industry.
