CB Bridges Specialist

How this Role Impacts CastleBranch and its People

As a CB Bridges Specialistfor CastleBranch, you'll maintain business relationships with organizations that are partnering to use CastleBranch and its services. You'll work with clients to create and manage contracts. The clients we work with are enterprise businesses, higher education institutions, and hospital/health care providers. This position builds and maintains relationships. Your goal is to ensure clients are satisfied, while negotiating, and supporting effective contracts. Success in this role will maximize the client's use of CB products and services.

Areas you will Impact

  • Coachour clients through scheduled educational webinars, in order to give them optimal use of our services. Conduct assessments and develop recommendations for customers to improve their experience with our services.
  • Buildeffective business relationships, internally and externally: keeping a high energy and positive attitude. Maintain open communication with customer and management around any shortcomings or frustrations.
  • Negotiate, support, and manage effective and strong contracts.
  • Onboardnew clients successfully, and ensure that accounts maintain a steady state.
  • Continuously Growand learn to develop an expert working knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.



Key Skills and Experiences

  • Experience:At least six-months to one year in a similar role in a call center environment with comparable goals/responsibilities (Contract management, contract administration, professional writing, use of CastleBranch tools and servicespreferred education:Bachelor's degree in a related field)
  • Skills-You must be an excellent communicator, someone who is detail oriented, and motivated. You bring experience and ability to negotiate effectively. You should also be confident in BeeCheck and Sugar navigation within 90 days (preferred).
  • Characteristics-You have a clear, and concise communication style. You exude a positive attitude and are a team player. You bring a passion for customer service and big picture thinking to the table every time.
