Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Business Operations Specialists (Experienced or Senior) to support the Program Integration Team based out of Renton, WA.
The Program Integration team is seeking two Business Operations Specialists to be part of a diverse and dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter, problem solver and agile to quickly adapt strategies, plans, and solutions. You will help drive business planning and decision making in a high visibility environment.
Position Responsibilities :

  • Assists in the integration of the Manufacturing Business Units (MBUs) and the 737 Airplane Program. Development of plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals.
  • Provides clear and concise communication to both Fabrication and 737 Airplane Program stakeholders.
  • Supports the coordination and clarification of business partners needs to meet long-range business goals.
  • Coordinates commitments with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies.
  • Manages cross-functional projects and provides regular status updates
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution.
  • Provides coaching and mentorship to less experienced personnel.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Renton, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, Integrated Scheduling, Program Operations, Program Fulfillment, Program Planning and/or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years of experience with communication to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Experience developing presentations for and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience driving results through collaboration.
  • Comfortable leading projects across teams both virtually and in person.
  • 2+ years of experience with eTRAC and/or ERP


Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3):
Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior (Level 4):
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

(Level 4) Summary pay range: $115,600 - $156,400
