Opportunity Overview 

The Customer Success Coordinator is the main point of contact for revenue-based customers. This position is responsible for relaying information and coordinating shipments to ensure adequate service levels of customers are met. This position is also responsible for troubleshooting logistical issues with internal stakeholders, updating information about shipments, and ensuring internal resources are available. The schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, from 1600-2359 (CST). Pay is $20 - $26 per hour (DOE). Fully paid benefits for you and your dependents provided! On the Job training provided. Onboarding and training in Tucson required (expenses paid).

Role Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through email / phone
  • Monitor Maintenance related opportunities and escalate as necessary
  • Update TruckMate to ensure we have timely and accurate updates in the system, as well as accurate reporting pulled from TM.
  • Tracking trucks and loads to ensure timely LOS.
  • Filing / scanning BOL's / tracking
  • Trailer tracking - ensure accuracy of locations
  • Detailed passdowns with pertinent information for the next shift coming in.
  • Driver communication

  • Monitoring customer freight on time performance

Experience & Skills Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, shipping or transportation
  • 1+ years in a customer service, business development or similar role
  • Ability to solve complex problems and make the most appropriate decisions
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for moving goods over the road, including the relative costs and benefits.
  • Knowledge of hazmat shipping requirements
  • Ability to speak, write and comprehend English fluently 
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
  • This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate skill when using a computer, including customer management systems and Microsoft office.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology .
  • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications.
  • Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
  • Ability to adjust actions in relation to others' actions to ensure a coordinated response.
