FabFitFun is a fast-growing and innovative lifestyle subscription brand seeking an Associate Supervisor to join our team. This person will provide leadership to our Production and Fulfillment teams.

• Directly supervise, coach and develop general labor, temporary staff, lead facilitator, line leads and associate supervisor.
• Ensure all break and meal periods are observed.
• Responsible for managing attendance/scheduling in Kronos/Workday progressive discipline, recruitment, hiring and terminations.
• Work closely with the leadership team to communicate staffing requirements and request additional labor when needed from temporary agencies.
• Perform time studies to set standards, expectations, improve efficiency and help forecast labor requirements.
• Coordinates with management to create and publish standard operations procedures (SOPs) on critical functions in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Actively identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, productivity and automation.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 4-year experience in a production warehouse environment.

• Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate, read, write and speak in English. Spanish speaking is a plus.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers.
