Administrative Business Partner, ITS - Location Flexible
Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, passionate Administrative Business Partner to support two Sr. Directors on the ITS team one on the CFO Staff team. You will provide dedicated administrative assistance to the these team leads with passionate cohorts who are focused on quality and execution. Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external calls, meetings, and events (mostly virtual)
- Heavy calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- Ownership of various meetings, collecting and creating agendas
- Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events (mostly virtual, occasional in-person)
- Prepare monthly expense reports and handle complex travel itineraries
- Involved project work dependent on org needs
- Be a culture warrior for your team, encouraging engagement, creating team-building opportunities, and keeping a pulse on morale
- Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your leads and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
- Provide occasional back-up coverage to fellow ITS team admins and to other Dropbox team admins when circumstances dictate
- Develop deep understanding of your leads’ priorities, and helping them and their teams as they scale
- Develop deep knowledge of Dropbox (company and products)
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an administrative support role with startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization preferred
- Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
- Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
- Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
- Strong Google e-mail/calendar/doc/slides skills
- Knowledge of/experience with Dropbox product a plus
- Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or cumulative related work experience
- Enjoys and can successfully partner and thrive in a fully remote work environment
