tl;dr: We're hiring a Generalist/BizOps Lead to work directly with our CEO/co-founder, scaling Listen from 10 to 100 people and building strategic functions across marketing, product, and customer success. This role is perfect for an analytical generalist who thrives on autonomy, cares about details, and is committed to excellence.

Every company wants to be customer-obsessed, but traditional market research is slow, manual, and often outsourced to mediocre agencies. Companies like Microsoft spend hundreds of millions annually on these services. Listen Labs automates this entire process using AI, making customer research faster (24 hours instead of 8-12 weeks), cheaper, and even higher quality. Ask Listen a question like "How do finance directors handle AI budgets?" and our AI agent will:

5. Our market is gigantic: $30B+ spent on services through legacy market research firms, and we see a big green field opportunity with smaller companies.

6. The product is highly viral: Customers can share interviews to tens of thousands of users. That means free pipeline and a strong PLG motion. We receive inbound from Fortune 500s every day.

You'll work directly with the CEO to shape strategy, improve operations, and build the foundation for future hires across marketing, product, and customer success. Early on, you'll do the work yourself, writing landing pages, setting up dashboards, talking to users, then bring on and train specialists as we scale.
