Your role in the Team 

The Marketing Operations & Translation Project Manager is a dual-focused role responsible for planning, executing, and delivering marketing initiatives while also managing technical translation operations. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and technical expertise in translation tools and platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between marketing initiatives and multilingual content delivery across EU countries. 

What you will do

Act as the bridge between marketing vision and global execution! Combine your project management expertise with translation tech skills to drive impactful marketing campaigns across EU markets while ensuring flawless multilingual delivery. Shape how we connect with customers across borders.  :

  • Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives across teams while developing comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables 

  • Manage project scope, risks, and timelines - track progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met 

  • Serve as the technical and operational owner of translation tools across divisions, including setup, troubleshooting, workflow management, and user support 

  • Act as the single point of contact for all translation operations, coordinating resources and optimizing efficiency across markets 

  • Manage translation vendor relationships including outsourcing operations, POs, invoicing, budget tracking, and onboarding 

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders throughout project lifecycle, leading regular status meetings to ensure alignment 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, digital marketing, PR) and serve as primary liaison between marketing departments and other business units 

  • Establish process improvements and continuously optimize translation workflows to meet organizational expectations 

  • Maintain and manage linguistic assets across all EU markets, ensuring quality and consistency 

  • Create regular status reports on project progress, results, and ROI, analyzing performance data to identify insights and improvement opportunities
